Pay Rate: $24/hr

Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire

Schedule: M, T, Th: 8:30am-12:00pm & 12:30pm-6:00pm | W: 8:30am-12:00pm & 12:30pm-8:00pm | F, Sa: 8:30am-12:00pm & 12:30pm-2:30pm

What You'll Do

• Collect high-quality blood specimens from patients using established phlebotomy procedures
• Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties
• Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing while maintaining accuracy and quality standards
• Accurately maintain required records, documentation, and patient information
• Provide excellent customer service while creating a welcoming and professional patient experience
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Work independently while meeting daily performance expectations and deadlines

What We're Looking For

• A current, up-to-date resume
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 6 months of phlebotomy experience required
• Strong phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections
• Keyboard and data entry proficiency
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Flexibility to support staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call coverage as needed
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
• Phlebotomy certification preferred
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
