Location: Bentonville, AR
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Employment Type: Contingent
Schedule: M-F, 8:00am–4:30pm

This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely diagnostic testing by collecting and handling patient specimens with precision and care. Your work directly contributes to quality healthcare outcomes and a positive patient experience.

What You'll Do
• Perform venipuncture and capillary collections on patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric
• Accurately label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures
• Verify patient identification and ensure proper documentation, including post-venipuncture patient confirmation
• Maintain a safe, professional, and clean work environment
• Provide exceptional patient care by explaining procedures and building trust and confidence
• Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties as required
• Travel between locations and support multiple patient service centers as needed

What We're Looking For
• A current, up-to-date resume
• High school diploma or equivalent; medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
• Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• At least 2 years of experience in a Patient Service Center environment preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a high-volume setting
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations as needed
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
