Location: Castle Rock, CO
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Employment Type: Contingent
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

What You'll Do

  • Perform venipuncture and capillary collections on patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations
  • Prepare and label specimens accurately following established procedures
  • Verify patient identification and obtain required signatures to ensure compliance
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records and documentation
  • Provide excellent customer service while creating a safe and welcoming environment
  • Follow all safety, confidentiality, and quality standards
  • Support operations across multiple locations as needed

What We're Looking For

  • A current, up-to-date resume
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a high-volume setting
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between sites as needed
  • Comfortable handling multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to meet compliance requirements
