Pay Rate: $25/hr

Schedule: M–F, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm

What You'll Do
- Perform venipuncture and capillary collections on patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations
- Verify patient identification and ensure accurate labeling and documentation of specimens
- Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment
- Provide exceptional customer service while creating a positive patient experience
- Support daily operations and adapt to coverage needs across multiple sites as needed
What We're Looking For
- A current, up-to-date resume
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations as needed
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and varying locations
- Keyboard and data entry proficiency
- Ability to meet hospital credentialing requirements
- Ability to meet compliance requirements
