Location: Vadnais Heights, MN
Pay Rate: $25/hr

Schedule: M–F, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm

What You'll Do

• Perform venipuncture and capillary collections on patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations
• Verify patient identification and ensure accurate labeling and documentation of specimens
• Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment
• Provide exceptional customer service while creating a positive patient experience
• Support daily operations and adapt to coverage needs across multiple sites as needed

What We're Looking For

• A current, up-to-date resume
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations as needed
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and varying locations
• Keyboard and data entry proficiency
• Ability to meet hospital credentialing requirements
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
