Pay Rate: $25/hr
Employment Type: Contingent (with Potential for Hire)
Schedule: 7:30am–4:30pm

What You'll Do
- Perform venipuncture and capillary collections, including pediatric and geriatric patients
- Prepare, label, and process specimens following established procedures
- Verify patient demographic information and ensure accurate labeling with patient confirmation
- Maintain detailed and accurate records and documentation
- Deliver compassionate, professional patient interactions while explaining procedures
- Adhere to all safety, confidentiality, and quality guidelines
- Travel to multiple locations and provide coverage as needed
What We're Looking For
- A current, up-to-date resume
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting
- Ability to meet compliance requirements
