Location: Jefferson City, MO
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Employment Type: Contingent (with Potential for Hire)
Schedule: 7:30am–4:30pm

What You'll Do

• Perform venipuncture and capillary collections, including pediatric and geriatric patients
• Prepare, label, and process specimens following established procedures
• Verify patient demographic information and ensure accurate labeling with patient confirmation
• Maintain detailed and accurate records and documentation
• Deliver compassionate, professional patient interactions while explaining procedures
• Adhere to all safety, confidentiality, and quality guidelines
• Travel to multiple locations and provide coverage as needed

What We're Looking For

• A current, up-to-date resume
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
