Pay Rate: $25/hour
Employment Type: Contingent (with potential pathway for hire)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm

What You'll Do
- Perform venipuncture and capillary collections on patients of all ages, with a strong focus on pediatric draws
- Accurately label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing following established protocols
- Verify patient information and obtain required signatures to ensure specimen integrity and compliance
- Maintain a safe, professional, and patient-centered environment
- Manage multiple priorities while delivering accurate, timely results in a fast-paced setting
- Travel between service locations if needed based on staffing demands
What We're Looking For
- A current, up-to-date resume
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
- Minimum of 1 year of pediatric phlebotomy experience (required)
- Previous Patient Service Center experience (preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to support business needs
- Ability to meet compliance requirements (Allina credentialing required: MMR, Varicella, Tdap, TB test; COVID and Flu strongly recommended)
