Location: Saint Paul, MN

Pay Rate: $23.20 - $24.90 per hour (based on experience)

Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire

Schedule: 7:45 AM - 4:15 PM, Monday-Friday

Your expertise in pediatric, geriatric, and routine collections will help ensure timely and accurate diagnostic testing while providing patients with a positive healthcare experience.

What You'll Do

• Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, geriatric, and forensic specimen collections following established procedures
• Verify patient identity, accurately label specimens, and maintain required documentation
• Process and prepare specimens for laboratory testing
• Provide exceptional patient service while explaining collection procedures and ensuring patient comfort
• Maintain a safe, professional, and compliant work environment
• Support multiple Patient Service Center and in-office locations as needed
• Work independently while managing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements

What We're Looking For

• A current, up-to-date resume
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• At least one year of recent pediatric specimen collection experience required
• Minimum two years of Patient Service Center experience preferred
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
• Phlebotomy certification preferred
• Strong customer service and patient communication skills
• Keyboard and data entry experience
• Reliable transportation and the flexibility to travel between locations as needed
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to meet compliance requirements (Hospital credentialing required. Required immunizations/testing: MMR, Tdap, Varicella, COVID/Flu, and TB testing.)
• Must be eligible and provide proof of eligibility to work in the US
