Pay Rate: $23.20 - $24.90 per hour (based on experience)

What You'll Do
- Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, geriatric, and forensic specimen collections following established procedures
- Verify patient identity, accurately label specimens, and maintain required documentation
- Process and prepare specimens for laboratory testing
- Provide exceptional patient service by explaining procedures and ensuring patient comfort throughout the collection process
- Maintain a safe, professional, and compliant work environment
- Support multiple Patient Service Center and in-office locations as needed
- Work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements
What We're Looking For
- A current, up-to-date resume
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
- Minimum two years of Patient Service Center experience preferred
- Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
- Phlebotomy certification preferred
- Strong customer service and patient communication skills
- Keyboard and data entry experience
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations as needed
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to meet compliance requirements including immunizations (MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and TB Test required; COVID and Flu vaccinations strongly recommended)
- Must be eligible and provide proof of eligibility to work in the US
