Location: Lakewood, CO

Pay Rate: $24.50 - $26.25 per hour (depending on experience)

Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

What You'll Do

  • Collect high-quality blood specimens through venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric blood draws
  • Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures
  • Verify patient identification, demographics, and specimen labeling accuracy
  • Maintain accurate records and required documentation
  • Provide excellent customer service while creating a welcoming and professional patient experience
  • Perform clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties
  • Adhere to safety, quality, and confidentiality standards at all times
  • Travel to various patient service centers and physician office locations as needed

What We're Looking For

  • A current, up-to-date resume
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
  • Strong venipuncture and specimen processing skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a high-volume environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to work at multiple locations as needed
  • Keyboard and data entry experience
  • Medical assistant, paramedic training, or phlebotomy certification preferred
  • Ability to meet compliance requirements
  • Must be eligible and provide proof of eligibility to work in the US
