Pay Rate: $24.50-$26.25 per hour (based on experience)
Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM

As a Phlebotomist II, you will play an essential role in ensuring accurate specimen collection and delivering a positive patient experience. Your attention to detail, technical expertise, and commitment to quality will directly support important diagnostic testing and patient care outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Collect blood specimens using venipuncture, capillary, and other approved collection techniques
- Process, label, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures
- Verify patient identity, demographics, and specimen labeling accuracy
- Perform pediatric, geriatric, and adult specimen collections with professionalism and care
- Maintain accurate records and documentation while ensuring patient confidentiality
- Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming patient experience
- Travel to patient service centers and physician office locations as needed
What We're Looking For
- A current, up-to-date resume
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Medical assistant, paramedic, or related medical training preferred
- Phlebotomy certification preferred
- 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
- Patient Service Center experience preferred
- Strong customer service and keyboard/data entry skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and on-call schedules as needed
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
- Ability to meet compliance requirements
- Must be eligible and provide proof of eligibility to work in the US
