Phlebotomist III Floater

Location: Kenosha, WI

Pay Rate: $24.05 - 25.75 per hour (based on experience)

Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire

Schedule: Variable shifts between 5:30am-5:00pm (8-hour shifts); rotating Saturdays required. If working a Saturday, a weekday off will be provided (day off cannot be guaranteed). Travel between multiple locations is required.

What You'll Do

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections on pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Collect, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures
• Verify patient identification and demographic information to ensure specimen accuracy
• Maintain accurate records and required documentation
• Provide exceptional customer service while creating a positive and welcoming patient experience
• Travel between multiple patient service centers and office locations as needed
• Support both clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing activities
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and confidentiality requirements

What We're Looking For

• A current, up-to-date resume
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 4 years of phlebotomy experience required
• Strong experience with difficult blood draws required
• Experience with pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• Previous Patient Service Center experience preferred
• Medical Assistant, Paramedic, or related medical training preferred
• Phlebotomy certification preferred
• Strong customer service, communication, and data entry skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and flexibility to travel throughout the service territory
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work weekends, overtime, and flexible schedules as business needs require
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
