Pay Rate: $24.95-$26.75 per hour (based on experience)

Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire

Schedule: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

As a Phlebotomist III Floater, you will serve as a key member of the patient services team, ensuring accurate specimen collection and providing an exceptional patient experience across multiple locations. Your expertise will help support critical diagnostic testing while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and professionalism.

What You'll Do

  • Collect blood specimens using venipuncture, capillary, and other approved collection methods
  • Perform pediatric, geriatric, and adult specimen collections with skill, accuracy, and compassion
  • Process, label, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing following established protocols
  • Verify patient identity, demographics, and specimen labeling accuracy
  • Maintain required documentation and records while upholding patient confidentiality
  • Travel between patient service centers and physician office locations as needed
  • Support both clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a positive patient experience

What We're Looking For

  • A current, up-to-date resume
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Medical assistant, paramedic, or other related medical training preferred
  • Phlebotomy certification preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
  • Minimum of 2 years of Patient Service Center experience preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of pediatric experience
  • Strong customer service and keyboard/data entry skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record
  • Flexibility to travel between multiple locations and work overtime, weekends, holidays, and on-call schedules as needed
  • Ability to meet compliance requirements including immunizations (MMR, TDAP, Varicella, COVID, Flu, TB)
  • Must be eligible and provide proof of eligibility to work in the US
