Pay: $35.00-$45.00/hour Depending on Experience
About the Opportunity
Cornell Pump is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team in Clackamas, Oregon. This role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance professional with strong troubleshooting abilities and proven experience servicing, repairing, and maintaining CNC equipment in an industrial manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines and related production equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system failures.
- Conduct equipment repairs, adjustments, and calibrations to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Maintain and repair facility systems including electrical, plumbing, and general building infrastructure.
- Partner with production and operations teams to identify recurring equipment issues and implement long-term corrective actions.
- Coordinate and manage third-party service vendors for specialized repairs and facility projects.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, service logs, and work orders.
- Ensure compliance with all company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance equipment reliability and uptime.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining CNC machinery.
- Strong understanding of:
- Mechanical systems
- Electrical systems
- Hydraulic systems
- Pneumatic systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and respond to maintenance emergencies when needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Manufacturing Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Experience with predictive and preventive maintenance programs.
- Forklift certification or previous experience operating material handling equipment.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work in various manufacturing environments.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment as required.
- Ability to safely operate forklifts, lifts, and other maintenance equipment.
- Must be able to work around moving machinery and equipment while following all safety protocols.
