Pay Rate: $20.00/hr+ based on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM (flexibility for earlier start times on some days)
Assignment Length: Long-term temporary with potential for temp-to-hire
Our client is seeking a Facility Maintenance Associate for an immediate opening in Springvale, Maine. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining clean and safe environments, and is looking for a stable weekday schedule. This position pays $20.00/hr+ based on experience and is long-term temporary with potential for temp-to-hire.

Typical daily duties:

• Cleaning and disinfecting public areas and common surfaces throughout the facility
• Emptying trash and recycling, monitoring restroom supplies, and maintaining inventory levels
• Performing minor facility maintenance such as floor tape replacement, wall painting, changing light bulbs, and unclogging toilets

What we’re looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of related experience
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English to perform the essential functions of the position
