Our client, Industry is seeking a Installer to join their team. As a Installer, you will be part of the Operations team supporting the Installation team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a safety-first mindset, and the drive to deliver quality work every day which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Installer
Location: Freeport, TX
Pay Range: $16
Shift: M - F 7am - 4pm
What's the Job?
- Install equipment and/or systems according to project requirements, specifications, and established procedures.
- Prepare job sites by reviewing work orders, confirming materials and tools, and ensuring the area is ready for installation.
- Follow safety guidelines and use proper PPE to maintain a safe work environment throughout each task.
- Complete installations efficiently while maintaining quality standards and accurate workmanship.
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to confirm progress, address issues, and support timely completion.
What's Needed?
- Hands-on installation experience or demonstrated ability to learn installation processes quickly.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure installations are completed correctly and consistently.
- Ability to follow instructions, read work orders/specifications, and apply procedures accurately.
- Commitment to safety practices and willingness to work in a hands-on environment.
- Reliable teamwork and clear communication to coordinate with others on site.

What's the Job?
- Realizar instalaciones de equipos y/o sistemas de acuerdo con los requisitos del proyecto, especificaciones y procedimientos establecidos.
- Preparar el sitio de trabajo revisando órdenes de trabajo, confirmando materiales y herramientas, y asegurando que el área esté lista para la instalación.
- Seguir lineamientos de seguridad y usar el equipo de protección personal (EPP) correspondiente para mantener un entorno seguro durante cada tarea.
- Completar instalaciones de manera eficiente manteniendo estándares de calidad y un trabajo bien hecho.
- Comunicarte con el equipo y los supervisores para confirmar avances, resolver problemas y apoyar la finalización oportuna.
