Maintenance Mechanic

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting plant operations. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting expertise, and electrical knowledge, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Location: Crawfordsville, IN

Pay Range: $32.94

Shift: Night Shift 6pm-6am (2 on 2 off 3 on)

What's the Job?

• Performing preventive maintenance activities such as lubricating, measuring wear, and observing operations
• Performing emergency/breakdown maintenance to support plant operations
• Accurately using measurement and test equipment for repairs and inspections
• Maintaining clean and organized work areas and completing maintenance records accurately

What's Needed?

• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting expertise
• Electrical knowledge and experience with various systems
• Ability to perform repairs on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and steam systems
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
