Our client, an industrial manufacturing environment is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be part of the Maintenance team supporting plant operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong safety mindset, a hands-on mechanical troubleshooting approach, and a commitment to quality workmanship which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $38.94hr
Shift: 1st shift
What's the Job?
- Demonstrate behaviors that support company safety procedures with a focus on zero injuries, keeping work areas and equipment clean and safe.
- Follow and comply with Safe Quality Food (SQF), HACCP, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s).
- Troubleshoot, repair, adjust, and rebuild industrial equipment and machinery to maintain production and maintenance schedules, owning issues until resolved.
- Use SAP to enter notifications, identify parts and work required, and maintain accurate records of work orders, maintenance activities, and continuing needs.
What's Needed?
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
- Must have demonstrable knowledge of SAP.
- Must possess strong mechanical aptitude with proven troubleshooting skills.
- Must be able to effectively and cooperatively work in a team environment.
- Must have at least two years’ experience as a maintenance mechanic.
