Maintenance Technician

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking Maintenance Technicians to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the Operations and Production teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a sense of urgency, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician (Levels 1 - 4)
Location: Lebanon, IN
Pay Range: $33 - $41/hour depending on experience + $1 shift differential
Shifts: 2nd and 3rd shifts available

What’s the Job?

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment issues to minimize production downtime.
• Perform preventive maintenance, process improvements, and project activities to maximize equipment reliability and production performance.
• Utilize the computerized maintenance management system to manage work orders, track repairs, and document completed work.
• Collaborate with operations teams to support equipment maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain safety standards, complete required safety observations, and ensure compliance with company maintenance programs and procedures.

• Technical school training, military technical training, or equivalent maintenance experience.
• Hands-on electrical and/or mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple maintenance priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach to problem solving.
• Fluency in English and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
