We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to support production and facility equipment in a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone with maintenance experience who wants to gain additional hands-on exposure to mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems while working a steady first-shift schedule.

What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery
- Assist with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs
- Diagnose equipment issues and replace defective components
- Read equipment manuals and follow maintenance procedures
- Support facility maintenance activities as needed
- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and replacement parts
- Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely and effectively
- Participate in equipment setup, changeovers, and improvement activities
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- Manufacturing, industrial, or maintenance experience
- Basic understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform repairs
- Ability to read basic technical documents and work instructions
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds when required
- Ability to work overtime as business needs require
