Pre-Delivery & Warehouse Technician – Hands-On Mechanical Role Offering Variety

Pay Rate: $22-$24/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Assignment Length: Temporary assignment for several months

Our client in Scarborough is looking for a Pre-Delivery & Warehouse Technician to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with mechanical aptitude, maintenance experience, or basic electrical knowledge who enjoys hands-on work in a warehouse environment. This position offers $22-$24/hr and is anticipated to last several months.

If you enjoy working with tools, troubleshooting equipment, installing technical upgrades, and supporting warehouse operations, this role provides a great mix of mechanical work and material handling in a collaborative team environment. You'll gain valuable hands-on experience while helping ensure products are fully prepared and customized prior to customer delivery.

Typical daily duties:

• Install accessories and technical upgrades, including audio systems, electrical enhancements, and other product add-ons
• Inspect, test, clean, and prepare products to meet quality standards before delivery
• Support warehouse operations by pulling materials, unloading shipments, stocking inventory, and preparing delivery crews with needed supplies and equipment

What we're looking for:

• Mechanical, maintenance, assembly, or technical experience with basic electrical knowledge
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools and troubleshoot equipment issues
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs., communicate effectively, and work independently or as part of a team
