Facilities Technician

Our client, a leading organization in the commercial facilities management sector, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Facilities Technician to join their team. As a Facilities Technician, you will be an essential part of the maintenance operations supporting the Omnicom account. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range:

Shift: Days (03:00-04:00)

What's the Job?

• Perform routine and corrective maintenance and repairs on building equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to restore equipment operation efficiently.
• Complete scheduled preventive maintenance activities and document work performed accurately.
• Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests, prioritizing tasks to support business operations.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized services and support access/escort needs.

What's Needed?

• Experience performing maintenance and repairs in commercial buildings or similar environments.
• Working knowledge of building equipment and systems such as HVAC components, pumps, motors, and controls.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues, follow procedures, and complete work with minimal rework.
• Capability to work on-call or off-hours as required by site needs.
• Ability to safely perform physical tasks associated with maintenance work, including standing, climbing ladders, and lifting.
