Our client is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Building Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the onsite facilities support group, helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate will bring basic handyman skills, strong attention to detail, and a professional demeanor that supports regular interaction with clients.
Job Title: Building Maintenance Technician
Location: Westford, MA
Pay Range: 20 to 22 upon experience
Shift: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
What's the Job?
- Check and update work orders in the Maximo work order system
- Set up event rooms as needed to support client and site activities
- Perform small entry-level handyman tasks to support facility needs
- Complete simple preventive maintenance tasks, including vacuuming coils of refrigerators
- Assist with basic painting and patching when required
What's Needed?
- Basic handyman skills
- Basic computer skills to work within the Maximo system
- Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed correctly and documented
- Professional demeanor, including regular client interaction
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
