• Diesel Equipment Maintenance & Repair
  •Diagnose and repair trucks, tractors, trailers, and fleet equipment.
  •Perform repairs on diesel engines, transmissions, clutches, drivetrains, brake systems, suspensions, and steering components.
  •Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and multiplex wiring systems.
  •Perform preventative maintenance services and DOT inspections.
  Refrigeration Unit Maintenance & Repair
  •Diagnose, repair, and maintain trailer refrigeration units (TRUs).
  •Troubleshoot refrigeration components including compressors, evaporators, condensers, control modules, fuel systems, and electrical systems.
  •Repair refrigeration leaks and perform refrigeration system testing.
  •Conduct PM services on reefers, including belt replacement, filter changes, refrigerant checks, and software diagnostics.
  •Ensure proper temperature-control performance for food-grade and temperature-sensitive freight.
  Leadership Responsibilities
  •Prioritize work orders to maximize shop efficiency and fleet uptime.
  •Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
  Compliance & Documentation
  •Complete and review maintenance records and repair documentation.
  •Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, EPA, and refrigeration regulations.
  •Manage parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for specialty refrigeration components.
