Facilities Manager

Our client, a leading organization in facilities management, is seeking a Facilities Manager to join their team. As a Facilities Manager, you will be part of the Facilities Management department supporting operational excellence and workplace safety. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Facilities Manager

Location: Fishers

Pay Range: $80,000 - $125,000

Shift: Open to all Shifts including weekends

What's the Job?

• Manage daily facility operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and life safety systems for specific functions.
• Coordinate and oversee facility work orders through the CMMS system, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruption.
• Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions or improvements to maintain safety and operational standards.
• Support capital improvement projects by coordinating contractors and tracking project progress.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of all workspaces, including offices, conference rooms, and common areas.

What's Needed?

• 3–5 years of experience in facilities management, building operations, or maintenance leadership.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Experience coordinating contractors and service vendors.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards, building codes, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
