Facilities Technician

Our client, a leading retail and commercial property management organization, is seeking a Facilities Technician to join their team. As a Facilities Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the engineering and maintenance team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a proactive attitude, and strong teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Facilities Technician 

Location: Roseville, MN

Pay Range: $20/hr

Shift: 11 am - 7 pm, Thursday through Monday (2nd shift)

What's the Job?

• Assist the engineering team in the maintenance and repair of building systems and equipment
• Perform general maintenance tasks including carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and painting
• Complete work orders using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and document services accurately
• Maintain tools, parts, equipment, and supplies in a clean and safe condition
• Support emergency response and on-call situations as needed

What's Needed?

• 1-2 years of related experience in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or carpentry
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work comfortably with ladders up to 30 feet tall
• Strong customer service skills and a proactive approach to work
• Valid Driver's License
• Entry-level position with no specific experience required; trade school, military, or college training is a plus
