Laborer

Our client is seeking a Laborer to support an important boiler upgrade project in Sheridan, WY. From your perspective, this is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to a safe, well-organized jobsite while building practical experience in industrial maintenance work. You’ll be part of the team executing the work with care, following site rules, and staying focused on safety from start to finish.

Job Title: Laborer

Location: Sheridan, WY

Pay Range: $16-$19 - DOE

Shift: Mon-Fri

What's the Job?

• Assist with labor tasks for a boiler upgrade.
• Follow all jobsite safety procedures and work rules to help maintain a safe environment.
• Support work that may require using an elevated platform or lift as directed by the project team.
• Perform assigned duties related to the upgrade project while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

What's Needed?

• OSHA 8-hour training certification required (or willingness to complete/arrange it if not already held).
• Ability to work safely at heights, including on an elevated platform or lift if required.
• Willingness to complete lift training if needed for the role.
• Reliability and readiness to show up prepared and follow instructions on a hospital jobsite.
• Strong commitment to safety practices and safe work habits throughout each shift.
