As a Mechanical Maintenance Pro, you'll use your troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience to support large-scale industrial operations and play a direct role in keeping production moving.

2. Key Responsibilities / What You'll Do

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical and hydraulic equipment.
  • Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment reliability.
  • Install, assemble, and maintain industrial machinery and systems.
  • Repair pumps, cylinders, valves, gearboxes, bearings, conveyors, and related equipment.
  • Conduct maintenance and repairs on cranes and mobile equipment.
  • Read and interpret hydraulic schematics, blueprints, and P&ID diagrams.
  • Complete welding repairs as needed.
  • Utilize maintenance software and diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and follow all company safety procedures.
  • Work closely with operations and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.


3. Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
  • 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
  • Strong mechanical and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience repairing and maintaining industrial equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and hydraulic diagrams.
  • Knowledge of preventative maintenance practices.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice-to-Have
  • Mechanical Engineering degree, technical certification, or equivalent training.
  • Experience in steel manufacturing, rolling mills, casting operations, or other heavy industrial environments.
  • Welding experience.
  • Experience working with cranes, hydraulic systems, and mobile equipment.
  • Maintenance software experience.
