Multi Craft Maintenance Technician

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and facilities management industry, is seeking a Multi Craft Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Multi Craft Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting operational excellence and facility upkeep. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong electrical skills, mechanical troubleshooting abilities, and a proactive approach to maintenance, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Multi Craft Maintenance Technician

Location: Farmers Branch, TX

Pay Range: $27- $39hr

Shift: 5:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. or 5:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.; final schedule to be determined

What's the Job?

• Perform break-fix preventative maintenance on various equipment and systems to ensure smooth operations
• Read and interpret electrical wiring schematics and blueprints for repairs and installations
• Maintain and repair CNC machines, lasers, press brakes, and other production equipment
• Oversee building and facilities maintenance, including plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in setup and operation of basic machining tools

What's Needed?

• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills and experience reading schematics
• Mechanical aptitude with experience maintaining CNC machinery and other production equipment
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and repairs based on technical manuals and vendor specifications
• Experience with basic welding, setup, and operation of machining tools such as lathe, drill press, and grinder
• Commitment to safety policies, regulations, and situational awareness to identify unsafe behaviors
