Well Pump Technician Helper

Our client, a leader in water services and utility support, is seeking a Water Distribution Field Helper to join their team. As a Water Distribution Field Helper, you will be part of the field operations supporting the maintenance and repair of water distribution systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Water Distribution Field Helper

Location: Greenville, NC

Pay Range: $15.00

Shift: Monday-Friday

What's the Job?

• Assist in servicing and repairing water distribution infrastructure
• Transport tools, materials, and equipment to various job sites around Greenville
• Support work involving pumps, piping, and related systems
• Perform basic maintenance tasks and site cleanup to ensure safety and efficiency
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines to maintain a safe work environment

What's Needed?

• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50–75 lbs regularly
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable transportation and a strong attendance record
• Basic mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn new skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a small team
