Pay: $16.50/hour (Opportunity for permanent hire at $18.50/hour) (Adjust starting pay if needed.)
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Are you someone who takes pride in keeping things clean, organized, and running smoothly? We're looking for a dependable Janitor / Facilities Maintenance Associate to join a growing team in Stennis. This is a full-time, first-shift opportunity with the potential to be hired on permanently by our client.

What You'll Do

• Keep offices, restrooms, and common areas clean and well-maintained.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, empty trash, and restock supplies.
• Receive, unpack, and organize incoming supplies.
• Assist with office moves, including assembling and disassembling cubicles.
• Perform basic building maintenance such as changing light bulbs, minor plumbing repairs, and simple electrical tasks.
• Help maintain the exterior of the facility, including general cleanup and recycling.
• Support day-to-day facility operations to ensure a safe, clean, and professional work environment.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous janitorial or facilities experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong work ethic with dependable attendance.
• Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
• Ability to safely lift up to 100 pounds.
• Comfortable performing physical work throughout the shift.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and general maintenance is a plus.
