Cleaning Technician

Our client, an industrial and manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Cleaning Technician to join their team. As a Cleaning Technician, you will be part of the Industrial department supporting the safety and cleanliness of the facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Cleaning Technician

Location: Burnet, TX

Pay Range: $20

Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

What's the Job?

• Clean and sanitize production floors, restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors, including industrial surfaces
• Remove trash, recyclables, and production waste following company procedures
• Clean machinery exteriors and work areas as instructed (no mechanical repair required)
• Support deep cleaning projects and shutdown cleanups as needed

What's Needed?

• Previous janitorial, industrial cleaning, or warehouse cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to work in a manufacturing/industrial environment (noise, dust, varying temperatures)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout shift
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
