Groundskeeper

Our client, [Industry Descriptor] is seeking a Groundskeeper to join their team. As a Groundskeeper, you will be part of the [Department Name] supporting [Team Name(s)]. Job Title: Groundskeeper

Location: Palm Desert, CA

Pay Range: $18

Shift: 5am - 1:30pm

What's the Job?

• Maintain lawns, flower beds, shrubs, trees, and landscaped areas throughout the property.
• Mow, edge, trim, and fertilize turf areas according to established schedules.
• Plant, prune, water, and care for trees, flowers, shrubs, and seasonal plantings.
• Operate landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, edgers, and other grounds maintenance tools.
• Remove weeds, debris, leaves, and litter from club grounds and common areas.

What's Needed?

• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures to help ensure a safe work environment.
• Willingness to perform hands-on grounds maintenance tasks, including outdoor work in varying conditions.
• Basic understanding of lawn and landscape care practices, including scheduled mowing and trimming.
• Comfort using landscaping equipment and assisting with routine equipment/tool maintenance and cleaning.
• Ability to assist with irrigation system monitoring and report repairs as needed.
