Janitor

Our client, a leading industrial facility in Lincoln, NH, is seeking a dedicated Janitor to join their team. As a Janitor, you will be an essential part of the facilities maintenance department, supporting the cleanliness and safety of the workplace environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate responsibility, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Janitor

Location: Lincoln, NH

Pay Range: $20.46 plus $3.50 Shift Differential

Shift: 2nd Shift: 3pm-11:30pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Perform light and heavy cleaning duties in industrial settings to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
• Clean and maintain offices, restrooms, break rooms, and other designated areas.
• Carry out tasks such as floor care, trash removal, restroom sanitation, and window cleaning.
• Restock supplies and ensure cleaning equipment is well-maintained and available for use.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management promptly.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in cleaning or custodial work preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper safety procedures.
• Highly responsible, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
• Availability to work during scheduled hours and on-site at the Lincoln location.
