Janitoral

Our client, Industry Descriptor is seeking a Janitoral to join their team. As a Janitoral, you will be part of the Operations team supporting the warehouse cleaning needs across multiple areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong attendance mindset, comfort working in cold environments, and the self-motivation to keep tasks moving with minimal supervision—skills that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Janitoral

Location: Knoxville, TN

Pay Range: $17.00

Shift: Nightshift (Sun–Thurs), 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM

What's the Job?

• Clean all areas of the warehouse, supporting day-to-day sanitation and readiness.
• Work across three areas: dry, cooler, and freezer environments.
• Maintain a consistent cleaning routine while following site procedures and safety expectations.
• Use proper safety practices and keep work areas organized during shift activities.
• Complete assigned janitorial tasks efficiently while staying focused and self-directed.

What's Needed?

• Proof of good attendance record (having worked at past employers for 6+ months over the past 2 years).
• Must have worked in, or be OK working in, a cold environment (dry/cold/freezer).
• Must own steel-toed boots.
• Reliable, self-motivated work style with strong follow-through on assigned tasks.
• Willingness to perform cleaning responsibilities across multiple warehouse zones.
