Our client, a light manufacturing environment, is seeking a Bagger to join their team. As a Bagger, you will be part of the Plant General area supporting daily production and warehouse-related activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, a steady work ethic, and the ability to follow training and complete assignments accurately—which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Bagger

Location: Proctor, WV

Pay Range: $16.00

Shift: 7pm-5am

What's the Job?

  • Perform general labor duties including cleaning, painting, labeling, and hauling pallets.
  • Maintain an acceptable level of housekeeping and meet and exceed all safety standards and training requirements.
  • Assist operators with changeovers, set ups, and adjustments for warehouse activities and shut-down operations as needed and as trained.
  • Relieve into warehouse roles as trained and assigned.
  • Complete preventive maintenance assignments and maintain equipment in a non-maintenance capacity, including cleaning during down periods.

What's Needed?

  • Ability to consistently follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment properly.
  • Ability to climb stairs, stand for periods of 2–3 hours, and regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to support plant scheduling, including overtime on a daily basis and some weekends.
  • Ability to properly complete all job assignments, including preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Comfort working primarily inside the plant, with occasional seasonal temperature fluctuations in work areas.
