Coordinator Product Quality

Our client is seeking a Quality Coordinator (Product Quality) to join their team in Leonia, NJ. As a Quality Coordinator, you will be part of the Quality Laboratory team supporting product quality, compliance, and laboratory operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities that will align successfully within the organization.

Work Location: Leonia, NJ
Work Schedule: FT / M-F 8am to 4:30pm
Pay rate $24.00 per hour

What’s the Job?

• Process incoming sample submissions including raw materials, bulk products, and special samples for laboratory testing.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding sample status, documentation, specifications, and re-sampling requirements.
• Create, maintain, and update quality reports, laboratory logs, trending data, and spreadsheets.
• Review Certificates of Analysis (CoAs), QA/QC reports, and other quality-related documentation.
• Create purchase orders for laboratory supplies and manage invoices and receipts through electronic systems.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to understand chemistry and microbiology terminology and related documentation.
• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Good Documentation Practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Basic mathematical and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
