Operations Manager - Commercial Building Maintenance

Full-time, Direct, Hire - $87,000-$98,000 annually, plus bonus potential and benefits!

In this leadership role, you will oversee day-to-day operations across multiple customer locations, providing guidance and support to supervisors and operations staff while ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.  The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who enjoys coaching and developing others, maintaining high operational standards, and building lasting relationships with both employees and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor operational teams across multiple locations
  • Support staffing, recruiting, onboarding, and training initiatives
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction
  • Manage labor budgets, operating costs, and financial performance
  • Resolve customer concerns and maintain strong client relationships
  • Drive continuous improvement and support business growth initiatives
Qualified Candidates Will Have:
  • High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Five or more years of operations leadership experience in facilities, janitorial, environmental services, or a similar industry
  • Experience managing multiple sites and supervising teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; industry software experience is a plus
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred
