Project Manager 1

Our client, a leader in the industrial sector, is seeking a Project Manager 1 to join their team. As a Project Manager 1, you will be part of the project management department supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Ensure compliance with Letter of Authorization (LoA) guidelines for all commercial aspects of projects.
• Maintain accuracy of project books and records, including recording in SAP and ensuring compliance and local GAAP requirements.
• Support project reporting and controlling activities to ensure financial targets are met.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to optimize project gross profit, cash flow, assets, and financing instruments.
• Communicate actively with customer’s commercial representatives to resolve commercial issues and support contract and claim management.

What's Needed?

• 1-3 years of experience in project management or related fields.
• Qualified as a Project Manager
• Thorough professional knowledge in project management and financial processes.
• Ability to manage small projects of low complexity or higher.
• Strong judgment skills and a focus on process improvement within the professional area.
