Property Manager

Our client is seeking a Property Manager to join their team. As a Property Manager, you will be part of the property operations function, supporting day-to-day resident and community needs. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication, a detail-oriented mindset, and a customer-focused approach that aligns successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Property Manager

Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Pay Range: $26/hour

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (half-hour lunch)

What's the Job?

• Answer phones and respond professionally to resident and community inquiries
• MUST have Property management experience
• Accept and process payments accurately and in accordance with established procedures
• Assist with general resident inquiries, providing clear information and next steps
• Support smooth property operations by helping coordinate routine needs as they come in
• Maintain a helpful, organized approach to ensure residents feel supported and heard

What's Needed?

• Property management experience
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and accurate
• Strong communication skills for phone-based and in-person resident interactions
• Ability to accept and process payments with attention to detail
• Customer service mindset focused on resolving questions and supporting residents
