Starting Salary: $85,000+ Eligible for up to 20% Annual Performance Bonus

Manpower is partnering with a leading manufacturing organization in the Bloomingdale, GA area to identify an experienced Quality Manager. The ideal candidate has a background in automotive industry. This direct hire opportunity offers the chance to lead quality initiatives, ensure compliance with customer and industry standards, and drive continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing process.
What You'll Do

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures.
• Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
• Lead inspection, testing, and evaluation activities for products and production equipment.
• Conduct detailed audits and inspections of finished products.
• Investigate quality issues and perform root cause analysis to implement corrective actions.
• Review customer feedback and quality concerns to improve products and processes.
• Partner with operations and leadership teams to recommend solutions for quality-related challenges.
• Manage supplier quality by evaluating incoming materials and supplier performance.
• Identify waste and inefficiencies within production processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support production planning and new product launches while maintaining quality standards.
• Analyze and report quality metrics, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Train, mentor, and onboard quality team members.
• Stay current on quality management methodologies, regulations, and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of quality leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
• Experience with root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to interpret customer specifications and industry standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with production, engineering, suppliers, and customers
