Quality Manager

Our client, a growing aerospace and supply chain solutions organization, is seeking a Direct Hire Quality Manager to join their team. As a Quality Manager, you will be part of the Operations and Quality team supporting warehouse operations, quality inspectors, customers, and cross-functional departments. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, adaptability, and leadership skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:  Quality Manager (Direct Hire)
Location: Bethpage, NY (Onsite)
Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000+ annually, depending on experience
What’s the Job?

• Lead the company’s Quality Management System and ensure compliance with AS9100 and ISO standards.
• Manage customer quality requirements, non-conformances, corrective actions, and audit readiness.
• Supervise and develop a team of quality inspectors, currently consisting of two direct reports with anticipated growth.
• Serve as the primary quality point of contact for customers and support key customer relationships.
• Conduct internal audits and collaborate across departments to drive continuous improvement and maintain quality compliance.

• Experience in a Quality Manager, Quality Supervisor, or Quality Lead role within aerospace, manufacturing, automotive, medical device, or a related industry.
• Working knowledge of AS9100, ISO standards, quality audits, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Leadership experience managing teams and driving quality initiatives.
• Experience working with ERP systems; SAP experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
