Salary: $90,000 - $95,000 + Up to 20% Annual Bonus
Manpower is partnering with a growing manufacturing organization in Bloomingdale, GA to identify an experienced Supply Chain Manager. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing purchasing, materials planning, inventory control, warehousing, logistics, and supplier management to ensure smooth production operations and on-time customer delivery.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day supply chain operations supporting manufacturing and production.
• Manage material planning, purchasing, inventory levels, and supplier relationships.
• Ensure raw materials and production supplies are available to meet production schedules.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and inventory optimization initiatives.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities.
• Analyze supply chain performance and drive improvements in cost, efficiency, lead times, and inventory turns.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems to maintain accurate planning and purchasing data.
• Develop and track key performance metrics related to inventory, supplier performance, and delivery.
• Partner with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Finance teams to support operational goals.
• Lead and develop supply chain, purchasing, warehouse, and logistics personnel.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of supply chain, purchasing, materials planning, logistics, or manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong background in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and production planning required.
• Proven success managing suppliers, inventory, purchasing, and logistics operations.
