Temporary Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer I (Temporary – 3 Months)

📍 Lititz/Lancaster, PA | 💼 Full-Time | 💲 $24–$33/hour

Overview
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer I for a 3-month temporary assignment, ideal for a recent engineering graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in quality systems and manufacturing. This role will focus primarily on administrative quality support and First Article Inspection (FAI) activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and document First Article Inspections (FAI)
• Provide administrative support for quality processes and reporting
• Assist with contract and requirements reviews, quality planning, and compliance with AS9100 standards
• Support nonconformance tracking, corrective actions (FRACAS), and customer complaints
• Provide general quality support for circuit card assemblies, cables, and electro-mechanical products

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (recent grads encouraged to apply) or equivalent QA experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and detail-oriented skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Exposure to technical drawings, measurement tools, or basic electrical concepts is a plus

Additional Details

• 1st shift | 9/80 schedule
• Primarily administrative and inspection-focused work
• Occasional off-hours or travel may be required
