Housekeeper

Our client, a senior living environment, is seeking a Housekeeper to join their team. As a Housekeeper, you will be part of the Housekeeping team supporting a resident-focused community. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong commitment to infection control, and the ability to communicate clearly with residents and team members—skills that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Housekeeper

Location: Maryville, TN

Pay Range: $15.50

Shift: 2nd Shift - 1PM-10PM

What's the Job?

• Clean and disinfect resident rooms, bathrooms, and high-touch areas each day to support a safe, sanitary environment.
• Maintain common spaces, hallways, and facility-wide cleanliness with consistent attention to detail.
• Follow infection control protocols and cleaning procedures to reduce risk and support resident health.
• Provide a welcoming, clean, and comfortable environment for residents through respectful, service-minded work.
• Adapt to changing cleaning demands while maintaining quality standards throughout the shift.

What's Needed?

• Past cleaning experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering thorough, consistent results.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and support staff.
• Ability to respond effectively to changing demands and shifting priorities.
• Ability to meet physical job requirements including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking/standing; ability to wear uniforms and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
