Cleaner

Our client, a distribution/fulfillment center, is seeking a Cleaner to join their team. As a Cleaner, you will be part of the Operations team supporting daily facility readiness. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to follow cleaning procedures, and the flexibility to complete all assigned tasks which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Cleaner

Location: Shippensburg, PA

Pay Range: $16.50

Shift: 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM

What's the Job?

• Clean and maintain an assigned area, ensuring it stays presentable, sanitary, and well-kept.
• Maintain carpets and hard surface floors by vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping as needed.
• Dust and wipe surfaces including furniture, pictures, ventilation areas, lights, and blinds.
• Empty wastebaskets and complete routine restroom cleaning and upkeep.
• Support additional normal cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned by a supervisor.

What's Needed?

• Willingness to be flexible and complete all tasks assigned by your supervisor.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced facility environment and following established cleaning procedures.
• Ability to perform routine cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and restroom upkeep.
• Reliability and a strong work ethic to help keep assigned areas clean and maintained.
• Basic readiness to complete required background checks (Level 3 - Basic) as part of onboarding.
