Position: Facility Support Associate

Location: Stennis, MS

Pay: Starting at $16.50/hour (based on experience) with the opportunity for permanent hire at $18.50/hour

Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

We're seeking a dependable Facility Support Associate to help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workplace. This role combines facility cleaning with light building maintenance, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in their work, and likes a variety of responsibilities throughout the day.

This is a full-time, first-shift position with the opportunity to be hired directly by our client.

What You'll Do

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment throughout the facility.
• Clean offices, restrooms, breakrooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, empty trash, and replenish restroom and cleaning supplies.
• Receive, unpack, and organize incoming supplies and materials.
• Assist with office moves, furniture setup, and cubicle assembly or disassembly.
• Perform basic facility maintenance, including replacing light bulbs, minor plumbing repairs, and simple building maintenance tasks.
• Support exterior facility upkeep, including general grounds cleanup and recycling.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management.
• Help ensure the facility is always ready to support daily operations.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous janitorial, custodial, warehouse, facilities, or maintenance experience is a plus, but not required.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Comfortable performing physical work throughout the day.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds safely.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools is helpful.
• Willingness to learn and assist wherever needed.
