Janitor

Our client, an industrial facility, is seeking a Janitor to join their team. As a Janitor, you will be part of the Facilities team supporting a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for daily operations. The ideal candidate will be highly responsible and reliable, able to work with minimal supervision, and comfortable using cleaning chemicals and supplies while following safety regulations.

Job Title: Janitor

Location: Lincoln, NH

Pay Range: $22.92

Shift: 4th Shift: 6 am–6 pm (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

What's the Job?

• Perform light and heavy janitorial duties across an industrial facility, including offices, restrooms, and break room areas.
• Clean and maintain floors and surfaces using proper floor care methods (sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and spot cleaning).
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning fixtures, and cleaning mirrors.
• Remove trash, clean offices, and wash windows as assigned.
• Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects, while notifying management of deficiencies or repair needs.

What's Needed?

• Proven working experience as a cleaner or janitorial role.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, with safe handling practices.
• Highly responsible and reliable with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow safety regulations.
