Outbound Logistics Coordinator (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Are you a detail-oriented logistics professional with experience in transportation, shipping, and cross-border operations? We are seeking a Bilingual Outbound Logistics Coordinator to support outbound shipping activities and ensure timely, compliant, and efficient transportation of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule outbound shipments with carriers and shipping teams.
• Manage and maintain drop trailer inventory.
• Coordinate with drivers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve transportation issues.
• Ensure empty trailers are positioned for loading and picked up as scheduled.
• Provide shipment updates and address internal customer concerns.
• Process Post Goods Issues (PGI) in SAP.
• Generate Bills of Lading, Packing Slips, and Commercial Invoices.
• Maintain accurate shipping planning and execution dates within SAP 
• Update transportation events and documentation in SAP
• Coordinate LTL shipments.
• Support the shipping department with additional logistics-related tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable transportation regulations.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Experience with U.S. and Mexico customs, imports, and exports.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international shipping processes.
• Experience with SAP and transportation management systems preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
