Dietary Aide

Our client, Senior Living community is seeking a Dietary Aide to join their team. As a Dietary Aide, you will be part of the Culinary/Dining team supporting daily meal service and helping create a clean, welcoming dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to food safety, the ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure, and a compassionate approach to serving residents.

Job Title: Dietary Aide

Location: Carthage, TN

Pay Range: $14.25

Shift: 8 hours per shift; Weekend Availability. Shift starts at 12PM. 

What's the Job?

• Assist with meal service to support timely, high-quality dining for residents.
• Help maintain a clean and organized dining environment before, during, and after service.
• Support the culinary team by following food safety and sanitation standards.
• Work efficiently during assigned AM and PM coverage needs, 4 days per week.
• Follow verbal and written instructions to ensure consistent service and proper handling of food.

What's Needed?

• Food Service Certificate as needed.
• Sufficient education or training to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work quickly and concisely under pressure while maintaining quality and safety.
• Professional, detail-oriented approach to supporting meal service and sanitation.
• Compassionate mindset and professionalism when serving older adults.
