Assembler – Cone Drive
Ludington, MI | $20.50/hour | 1st Shift 6am-2:30pm
We are looking for dependable Assemblers to join our manufacturing team in Ludington! This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on work and are looking for a stable manufacturing position on 1st shift.
Job Title: Assembly
Location: Ludington, MI
Pay Range: $20.50/hr.
What’s the Job?
- Assemble mechanical components and parts according to work instructions and specifications
- Use hand tools and basic power tools to complete assembly tasks
Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy - Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Meet production and quality standards
- Work as part of a team to keep production moving efficiently
- Perform other manufacturing duties as assigned
What’s Needed?
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience is helpful, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Good hand-eye coordination and ability to work with small parts/tools - Dependable attendance and a positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift
